The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, agreed by all United Nations Member States in 2015, set 17 goals. Number 4 of these 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) is Quality Education. The aim is to ensure inclusive and equitable education for everybody and develop lifelong learning opportunities. Therefore, 2030 Agenda has become a trend for Education issues.

1. What is 2030 Agenda and what is number 4 of these 17 goals. Literature review on these. What do scholars say about this goal? Experts on that are happy? Are countries taking this seriously?
2. Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) spread the word of 2030 Agenda and Education. How is this happening in both or in each of this cases? Being Twitter one of example of ICTs, How is this happening in Twitter specifically? (relation of Twitter comments to 2030 agenda and/or Education).
