Sections should include:
1. Definition of the disorder
2. Symptoms and prevalence rates, include age of onset/ duration, gender features, culture
3. Etiology discussed by the different dimensions in the textbook (biological, psychological, social, culture,
etc).
4. Course and prognosis
5. Current treatment with a brief summary of past treatment approaches
6. Differential diagnosis: what is one disorder that is similar to the one you have chosen and how do you
differentiate it from the disorder you are researching.
