Instructions:

Relate the question specifically to federalism. What is the typology intended to provide in terms of better understanding and evaluating American federalism?
The original thesis needs to be rewritten to be more specific. The Thesis–more specific–How does the typology help with understanding (as you stated)? Can there be different perceptions of the “proper” role of government?
