Results and Discussion This section explains what you have found as a result of your research, but you are also expected to discuss the significance of your findings in relation to your research question and aims – avoid superficial, descriptive analysis of your data. You can do this by referring back to the material in your literature review, locating your own work in your chosen field and explaining the relevance of your own results in light of existing theory in the area.
