FIRST, summarize the source in a paragraph. This paragraph should only give the author, source title, type of source and information from the source. This is the WHAT is being talked about, the content of the site/article/presentation.

THEN provide an evaluation/analysis of the resource in a second paragraph. This should only provide info about HOW the site/article/presentation is set up, what it looks like, how it functions, and your experience of the site.

Is it effective, non-biased, professional, well-supported with evidence and credible sources, recent or recently updated, audience directed, easy to navigate or view/read, etc.? Think of how long a presentation is, or the presenter’s voice or persona. Think of font size, headings, links, ads, or other elements that are positive or negative as you participate in the site/presentation/article.

Videos can be humorous as long as they are appropriate for all audiences.

Part 2: Include the website, video, article, podcast, or presentation in your discussion Do not post a website, video, article, podcast, or presentation that has already been provided and evaluated. Check the forum before posting your resource. Credit will not be given for repeat resources.
