Physical Education Unit Plan

There are two parts to this assignment. FIRST, you will create a unit plan for a 9th-12th grade Physical Education class and incorporate the provided PLT activity into the unit. The entire unit should be centered around the PLT topic and how it fits in to a physical education class.
PLT Topic to use- Viewpoints on the Line: This activity is designed to get students thinking about and expressing their views and to listen to those of their classmates. It helps students explore the underlying assumptions that shape their opinions. You may wish to use this activity on a regular basis to give students a chance to evaluate their opinions as they learn more about environmental issues.

I have provided the template to be used for creating the Unit Plan.
I have also attached an example of a unit plan. This is just for reference.
For the SECOND part of the assignment, you will create an original test over the unit you just created. What do you want your students to know by the end of the unit? The test must correspond with the type of summative test you chose for the unit and align with the TEKS and concepts of the unit. The test must be completely original, nothing should be copied from an outside source.
Remember that you are creating this test for a high schooler so it needs to be the appropriate length with the appropriate rigor. That means you need to ensure you are hitting various levels of Bloom’s.
Use * to indicate the correct answers to multiple choice questions. Use italics to indicate the answers to short answer/fill in the blank questions.
