Reflect on a personal experience you have had of using a human service organisation (GP service, hospital, Job Services, Immigration, Centrelink etc.) Briefly specify the situation and comment on the effect it had on you; positive, negative, or otherwise. What did or didn’t get done? What would have enhanced the experience and usefulness for you? The reflective statement is to be written in the first person, reflecting on your own experiences as some receiving a service (client). Please do not write the answer from the perspective of a friend, family, work colleague, someone that you have assisted in the past etc. Please write your statement on a separate page. Part B 10% – Defining case management (maximum 450 words) In twenty-five words or less, define case management generically and in your own words. Share your definition with your student colleagues on the discussion board.Choose a second definition from the discussion board which you find helpful. Apply a strengths-based approach and respectfully comment on the discussion board on what is helpful about this second different definition (You are welcome to respectfully comment on the discussion board on more than one definition. However, please only include one definition by a student colleague from the discussion board in your assessment response).Using a strengths-based approach, briefly compare and contrast your own definition to the second definition by one of your student colleagues and also to one of the definitions found in Chapter 2 – ‘Systems diversity in case management characteristics, models, and dimensions’ in the Moore textbook (it is ok to use part of a definition or the whole definition).Present your response to Part B in a table designed by yourself or in short answer form (Remember to reference the textbook, the learning modules, and your fellow student colleagues’ comments from the discussion board in your answer).
