The report, which will take the form of a case study, must examine the process through which, either: a major decision was made by or: a major agreement was negotiated between two or more actors. In respect of your chosen decision-making or negotiation process: (a) Identify which actor was dominant and provide a supporting argument that justifies your position. (b) From the perspective of the other/remaining actor(s), describe what approaches could have been taken to improve its (their) position in relation to the dominant actor during the decision-making or negotiating process. (c) In respect of improving the process in general, what lessons and conclusions can be drawn from your case study.
