Your executive summary will conclude with your assessmentof Jeff Bezos’s effectiveness as Amazon’s CEO and why. Remember, this is an executivesummary, so you don’t need to go into a lot of details, but enough to give the reader a senseof the scope of your written report.c) Analysis (9 pages) devote one page on each of the following topics:1. Leadership: Based on Google’s eight factors and your research, assess Jeff Bezos’sleadership style and how his style has influenced the culture and thereforeperformance. What SCARF threats or rewards do you believe Bezos has raised as aresult of his leadership style and how might they be expanded if a reward or mitigatedif a threat?2. Organization design: how is the company organized and how effective or ineffective isthe current organizational structure? Why and why not?3. Critical Thinking/Decision Making: What major decisions were made by Bezos? Howwere decisions made and how effective were his decision-making processes? Howeffective were his judgment calls? In retrospect, was he subject to any biases? Supportyour conclusions with evidence.4. Situation Analysis – From the New York Times article and other research and using thetools from the situation analysis module determine whether Bezos’s assessment of hiscompany’s capability and capacity can meet with his demands. Do research to learnabout the external environment during the past five years.
