Take a position on whether the European impact was more positive or more negative and defend your position. If you want to argue that it was more positive, you have to try to convince those who would argue that it was more negative. Therefore, it is not enough to focus on the positive impact because those who disagree with you can easily show you the negative impact. The same logic applies if you want to argue that the European impact was more negative than positive.
Note that you should write an analytical paper, not a descriptive one. You should organize information logically around a thesis or focused point. ”
