The synthesis paper is intended for you to examine one of the following conceptsManaging Conflict, Leading Teams, Motivation, Leading a Diverse Workforce, or Power & Politicsintroduced in the course content and apply or use them to understand a real world issue in leading an organization. When writing your synthesis you will be paper you will be expected to demonstrate: (1) an accurate understanding of your chosen concepts and (2) an ability to use the concepts to frame the issues being presented. Basically, you will demonstrate how the concepts help you gain new insight into new ways you will approach leadership. It is important that you connect the concepts with how you might approach the topic in your current or future workplace.
