Identify and summarize a situation in your career in which you personally experienced or witnessed the dynamics of power, status, and influence at work. Analyze and describe how those dynamics influenced you, others, and/or the organization (as applicable). Knowing what you know now, does it change how you would have responded in the situation or how you would have advised others to respond? Explain why or why not.

Identify and summarize a situation in your career in which you personally conducted or witnessed an effective strategic communications effort. Analyze and explain why the strategic communications effort was/was not successful, and how it influenced behavior. Knowing what you know now, does it change how you would have responded in the situation or how you would have advised others to respond? Explain why or why not.
