I am placed at a long term care home, a learning plan is required with a goal that I would like to achieve by the end of my placement. I would like my goal to be something similar to this goal as it relates to my placement setting. “To apply my learning of Alzheimers, depression, and dementia in the clinical setting in order to provide the appropriate care to patients by the end of complete a literature review on these mental illnesses, consulting the RNAOs best-practice guidelines, and receiving feedback from clinical instructors, patients, and peers regarding appropriate care.”
