Now that your Procurement Management Plan is complete, you may convert your plan into an actual solicitation by renaming your plan document, adding your Standard Forms and Clauses to your plan, and revising it to resemble the solicitation example you chose while creating the plan.
2.Write a short summary of your experience completing this Agency simulation (not to exceed 2 pages for the summary. Sources must be cited. Describe your learning points and include your thoughts on the business, technical, and managerial aspects of acquisition in a somewhat realistic setting.

A Request for Proposal (RFP) is a solicitation used in negotiated acquisition to communicate government requirements to the prospective contractor and to solicit proposals. At a minimum, solicitations shall describe the Governments requirement, anticipated terms and conditions that will apply to the contract, information required in the offerors proposal, and (for competitive acquisitions) the criteria that will be used to evaluate the proposal and their relative importance.
FAR Subpart 15.2 “Solicitation and Receipt of Proposals and Information” is the main guidance for government solicitations and RFPs.
An RFP should contain the following sections:
