You are working in a care HOME as an HR Manager, you have been advised by your Director to develop a management reward program covering the following areas to motivate the management team. 1. Managers work day and night due to busy and complex work environment and sometimes long hours due to workload which causes huge work related stress to the managers. The company currently has 4 weeks paid annual leave for the managers which is not enough for the managers who work very hard to release their stress time to time. They need more rest to regain their energy in order to maintain high level of accuracy in their work to attain business goals. Address this issue to the board and suggest to increase the annual leave entitlement from 4 weeks to 6 weeks explaining how it will help the managers contribute more effectively to the organization. 2. Managers currently work 5 days a week in the office, but working from home twice a week will help the managers to avoid chaotic travel which will help managers maintaining meticulous attention to detail and do high judgment in their daily work. Address this issue to the board and suggest to implement a ”2 days a week work from home policy” for the managers which will reduce their work related stress helping them to improve their performance helping to achieve business goals.
