Assessment 1: Report Task descriptionFor this assessment you will write a report on the following topic: Prevalence of smoking. To assist you in writing the report, you are guided in your analysis through five (5) tasks as outlined below. Each student needs to complete this assessment independently. Task aimsIn this assessment you will demonstrate the skills you have developed through this course in accessing, managing, and interpreting data. It will also provide an opportunity to discuss in depth how the determinants of health can lead to differences in health status across population groups. Please refer to the feedback given on your Portfolio Task 3 submission when completing this assessment.When determining policy and managing health, it is important to be able to select and analyse relevant key parameters from a range of different data sources, to ensure that there is an optimal level of evidence for decision-making. The prevalence of smoking has been identified as the topic area for this assessment.The assessment addresses the following course objectives:CO1.
