Do not create an imaginary user:Consider a professional situation with a customer, business partner, vendor, supplier, distributor, employee, employer, co-worker, supervisor, government employee – someone you want to understand better, better communicate with, to eventually create new ideas and strategies for.Or consider a personal situation with a family member, friend, classmate, roommate, customer service representative, professor, or staff at Baruch.The user needs to be a person you know, can observe, and communicate with.Write down briefly about the person, who they are, what the situation is, and what is their role. Reflect, through observation and conversations, on the goals this person may have, consider what they see, say, do, and hear, as well as reflect on their pains and gains, and anything else they may be feeling. (6 points)C – In one to two paragraphs express one solution/strategy/creative project, you could come up with, in order to empathize with this person, ease their pain points, and/or bring up opportunities to help satisfy their hopes and dreams. Please come up with your own unique and creative strategy, and consider the logic models we discussed in class throughout the process of completing the map and coming up with a strategy.
