Using the D&I report available under ‘View Resources’ tab, analyse the information within to create data charts.Summarise your analysis into a 1 page executive summary presentation. 3) You receive a phone call from a Track Maintenance Team Leader requesting guidance about a situation he is facing on site. One of his maintenance personnel is being rude and aggressive towards another employee who turned up 20 mins late to a planned maintenance work. It is also raining heavily and work progress has stalled due to this altercation. How would you support this team leader? Evaluate the urgency of each task and rank them in the order you would approach them. Be sure to explain your reasoning behind the ranking.
