The area of Human Resource Management (HRM) is a multi-faceted and complex field with a number of interdependent elements. This group assignment is designed to have you examine an organization and a number of important HRM elements that impact organizational behaviour. You are welcome to utilize organizations one or more group members have worked for or with. Alternately, you may wish to use an organization that you are prepared to research.
Your report should fully address the following HRM components for your selected company and in each of those components. Your group should evaluate and rate their effectiveness in each area and what you would recommend to improve their organization. The HRM components are as follows:
