Next, consider this scenario: It’s your job to plan team-building activities for this month, and as you’re Googling potential locations and figuring out how to put together the time-and-date poll to send out to coworkers before you schedule, you remember a conversation you overheard between two coworkers in the breakroom last week, talking about how the teambuilding activities and locations have been “inaccessible.” You’re not sure what their access needs are, since you hadn’t heard them talk about this before (although you’d noticed they’d been absent from several previous events).
