2. Write a description of each institution and the potential advantages and disadvantages of prospective employment at each.
3. Choose a career nursing position in which to develop a cover letter – Position is Pediatrics Nurse applying as a New Grad.
4. Develop and write a personal cover letter that clearly identifies the position applying you are for in an organized format with correct grammar and spelling.
5. Develop questions for a potential interview.
– Develop one set of five questions from the perspective of the interviewer.
– Develop one set of five questions from the perspective of an applicant for the nursing position from which you chose to write the cover letter.
6. Write a final synthesis summary describing which institution you researched is a better fit for you and explain why.
