Step 1. FormulateFormulate a paper describing your feedback process, providing a paragraph for each stakeholder respectively – students, parents, administrators (three paragraphs minimum). In your discussion, describe assessment tools and feedback methods utilized: report cards, progress reports, state testing reports, email, parent-teacher conferences, phone conferences, etc. Discuss potential problems with providing student academic assessment feedback to various stakeholders. Follow APA format. Step 2. CritiqueCritique the use of subjective feedback and your stance for or against its use. Is there ever a time subjective feedback should be included or avoided? Why or why not? Contrast differences in providing behavioral feedback from academic feedback (e.g., referral, student management issues). Next, suggest at least three strategies for providing effective academic and/or behavioral feedback. Provide your critique in at least one or two paragraphs. Step 3. AssessResearch and examine the RISE feedback model (Reflect, Inquire, Suggest, Elevate) for feedback (see the Learning Objects page). Describe how you will revise and improve your feedback through this model. Write a paragraph for each element of RISE. Step 4. SubmitSubmit your work. Support the work with references, and include a title and references page according to appropriate APA format.
