Officially it’s a report in terms of classification thing, but actually it’s called a site appraisal. An appraisal of how the Trafalgar Square in London is used as a venue for events, which includes two essential elements:Part A) How is this space used as a venue at present? Key questions to address in this part of the report What events are staged here, for what reasons?How is the space transformed into a venue?What are the advantages of the space as a venue for events?What are the problems and issues with the events staged here? Part B) Suggestions for more effective use… Key questions to address in this part of the report How could the space be better utilized as a venue?What permanent changes could be made to allow the space to better accommodate events?What events could be staged here that currently aren’t?How could events be staged differently to maxi mise +ve outcomes & minimise -ve ones? Your report should be based around visual elements – making use of annotated maps, photographs and other graphic material. It should be a report with lots of visuals, images. Include diagrams. Please use CadMapper website for the map design.Do a report without writing any conventional paragraphs.Can do an entirely visual report that still has 1500 words of text embedded within the maps and diagrams.But it can also be visual-text, visual-text.Make it more visual document. The main thrust of the report should be a visual response.If you address the brief of the assignment then it doesn’t really matter how you approach it.At least 1500 words that doesn’t include the reference list but it includes everything else.
