TASK: Through self-structured reflection on the dimensions of self, develop a leadership platform and explain and justify its utility (usefulness) for a leader’s professional growth (including theoretical understandings of self). PURPOSE:The purpose of this assignment is for students to demonstrate their ability to reflect, critique and apply their theoretical understandings of self-dimensions into the development and application of a leadership platform for professional growth.
