Describe the human cost and who is impacted by the issue.
Determine the main causes of the issue (e.g., inequality, poverty, scarce resources, war, etc.).
Assess the importance of diplomacy and propose one solution to the problem.
Include a one-page preliminary budget ($10 million).
Hypothesize the price of inaction.
