These 3 moments should be explored in relation to:1. what I learnt as a coach?2. What I am learning about the practice of coaching?3. The impacts of these moments on the person I am coaching. Please reference at least 3 IECL coaching principles in relation to these 3 moments. (Refer to Organisational Coaching – Level One Coaching Theory to Practice). File will be uploaded.
