This is an in-depth research paper and will be a minimum of eight pages in length. It is up to you to find an organization that is large enough to fill eight or more pages but not so huge that there is no way a short paper can cover it. An organization with only two employees is too small, and a large, multinational corporation (e.g. General Electric) with many separate divisions doing totally different things is too large.
Select an organization (business or non-profit), describing its management structure, culture, and personnel practices. You may use information from the companys website, books, articles, documentaries, and personal interviews as information sources.
