As a Nurse Educator, I must ensure protocol and policies are followed when collecting urine samples for analysis to avoid contamination with microorganisms and subsequent misdiagnosis. Once I complete my MSN in Nurse Educator, I aim to teach Med-Surgical Nursing to students specializing in healthcare because educating and training students is essential. Education increases knowledge and awareness, and training helps students acquire and maintain skills necessary to maintain best practices.
