I recently watched the Korean movie “The Wailing”. The movie is about a small town that is being terrorized by a mysterious illness that causes people to go mad and die. A detective named Jong-Goo is called in to investigate the case, and he quickly becomes wrapped up in the mystery. The movie is equal parts horror, thriller, and mystery, and it kept me on the edge of my seat the entire time. The acting is great, the directing is excellent, and the overall atmosphere of the movie is perfect. If you’re a fan of any of those genres, I highly recommend checking out “The Wailing”.
