What are the implications of the issue for a particular firm, for an industry, for competition, or for a person who is learning about Omni-Channel Retailing?

This is an individual assignment. Each student is required to submit two individually prepared article overviews/critiques in this course – one at the end of week 3 and another one at the end of week 10. Specifically, each student should select an article related to omni-channel retailing from a newspaper, TEDx Talks, Shop.org studies or any other credible online sources that is published on or after Jan 1, 2019. That is, no articles from wikipedia, “personal” blogs, LinkedIn entries, and/or discussion forums. Then write an opinion paper (2-page max.) on that topic being discussed in the article. You can agree, disagree, and/or further elaborate on the authors comments. The article submission should be written 1.5-spaced, using a 12-point font, with 1-inch margins. Your name, Student ID#, date, course and section number should appear clearly. Note that your submission should be based on a single source (article, TEDx) only. Some guidelines for you:
