Case: Development of a Multinational Personnel Selection System
Read the case thoroughly (several times) and respond to the following questions using a research paper format. That is, include a title page, cite any references used, etc. Your response to the questions should draw information from your supplemental readings (readings provided) and from the Ivery Case.
Assignment Questions:
1. (a) What are the strengths of the proposed selection system? (b) What are its shortcomings? (c) What recommendations would you make to improve the selection system?
2. What “global” factors were involved in, or affected, the design and development of the new selection system? Identify and discuss each relevant factor.
