Write a research that postulates & examines the cause-and-effect relationship as well as the future implication of Racism with regards to the proactive and systemic philosophy of policing, the denotation of prison population statistics, and the unconscious race-related grammar adopted in the UK & US criminal justice system This Study will hypothesize the various momentum for racialized Judicial stereotypes, naturalized violence against people of colour, the journey of avoidance and neglect in state prisons, evidence tampering and the never-ending attitudinal prejudice as it relates to crime, as well as giving suggestions and ideas through emerging theories. METHODSThis dissertation will use secondary methodology filtered from an interpretivist phenomenology alongside a method of abductive reasoning (Goulding, 1998 pg.50-57, Strauss & Corbin, 1990 pg.73). This methodology and phenomenology are used here because apart form it’s advantage in developing new theories from natural data, it uses Human perception to make meaning of socio-economic, racial & political realities; also, suggestions and a conclusion will be formed based on information that emerges through abductive reasoning also known as abductive inference.
