Start with focus on Canada, and then branch out if needed to connect with other countries internationally, but keep your sources and framing on Canada

You did not need the abstract, but it is well done. This will set you up really well for your final paper – as long as you fine tune your focus and pull in more Canadian context.

A few notes –

– Hanging indent is used all through the paper
– Only the first line of the citation is left justified (as you have it)
– The summary that follows should be aligned with the indent
– Sources need to be in alphabetical order by last name
– Summary is two-three lines
– Justification for use is two-three lines
– Most of your resources are not Canada specific
– Keep the focus on Canadian Copyright
– Remember that Copyright is tied to law and governance, and that is unique in every country
– Start with focus on Canada, and then branch out if needed to connect with other countries internationally, but keep your sources and framing on Canada
