You did not need the abstract, but it is well done. This will set you up really well for your final paper – as long as you fine tune your focus and pull in more Canadian context.
A few notes –
– Hanging indent is used all through the paper
– Only the first line of the citation is left justified (as you have it)
– The summary that follows should be aligned with the indent
– Sources need to be in alphabetical order by last name
– Summary is two-three lines
– Justification for use is two-three lines
– Most of your resources are not Canada specific
– Keep the focus on Canadian Copyright
– Remember that Copyright is tied to law and governance, and that is unique in every country
– Start with focus on Canada, and then branch out if needed to connect with other countries internationally, but keep your sources and framing on Canada
