The assignment to be completed is
1. Prepare/Write a Procurement Management Plan for buying some material for the Agency that was created (NVEA), such as (e.g., Chairs, desks, computers, or any other equipment). Choose equipment or something easy to write on. Doing this procurement plan will help us create the Solicitation.
Please complete a 6-page Procurement Management Plan (including the table of contents). The template given is just a guide. Depending on the equipment being procured will depend on what will be included. Not all the areas on the template will be necessary for what is being bought, which is the reason I said to choose something easy, such as desk and chairs or some other easy equipment.

Question:
Can you please provide me with more direction as to what is expected in this Procurement Management Plan? Am I writing a plan to go along with something related to the business that I created?
Answer:
We are not working from the Business perspective yet; you are still a Government Agency that has identified a need (Procurement Starts). In this exercise, you are simply planning out how to write your Solicitation that contractors will answer.
Example 1: If your Govt agency is the Department of the Navy, and you need ship repair services, you would write a procurement plan for making a solicitation on repair services to include Mechanics or Engineers (labor) and the supplies needed to do the job.
Example 2: If your Agency is the Department of Science & Education, and you need a STEM program, you would write a plan for making a solicitation on setting up that program to include Teachers (labor) and supplies (material).
