1.This is a Chapter 2 for my Doctoral Dissertation, the format must meet for the dissertation documentation as it will be submit for the QRM review. (please see two attachment to follow the University Doctoral Dissertation Guidance and Dissertation Template, which I have uploaded along this Document) 2.The Title is: A significance of Group Support System (GSS) Case Study on Zoom and MS Teams for an Organization call CTC. In the entire paper, keep base and must add and case analysis for these two GSS tools (Zoom and MS Teams) also intro and compare others available tools as described on #8 3.Address all feedback comments from reviewers (Two Reviewers), also, put a comment for each comments as how did you addressed the issues (updated, fixed, added, removed, added new references). Must be add sources (not older than last 3 years) those have been asked by reviewers in many comments. If you can’t find sources, use alternate or similar sentences or remove it and add sentences which doesn’t require sources. 4.On the Literature review or in a separate section, must clearly state what kind of Data collection method will be used for this case Study? I believe minimum three types of data collection has to show, in current paper shows, Literature review, Questionnaire and interviews. There other option such as Observation. I suggest please add Observation replace with Questionnaire. Also, add Web Search with the literature review so this can be used widely. Whatever three method will show, must explain and use the proven references as why I choose this method and as how this will be implement from begin to end. (Dissertation guide Documents or others Data Collection method reference will help you) 5.Please try to update and modify all areas as needed to connect this subject and case study. 6.You must add some new sections as they were not added in the original, need them well connect with the concept of the paper, literature review and with new sources. They are as follows (also follow the Dissertation template I have attached to meet the standard): a.Title Searches and Documentation b.Historical Content c.Current Content d.Theoretical or Conceptual Framework Literature e.Methodological Literature f.Research Design Literature g.Conclusions h.Chapter Summary 7.The current references listed very old, we need to list 90% of references under 3-4 years old from today (no earlier than 2018). 8.Try to connect and pull as much as information for Zoom and MS Teams Virtual meeting method, problem, current issues, advantage, disadvantages, efficiency, security, convenient, cost, how fit for an organization (small or large business, Government, Military/Defense). Using these tool as a group support system how communication issues resolve or create more issues, technical issues, management issues, emotional intelligence issues, Face to face vs virtual issues, cost saving, global time and connecting issues etc. My study mainly analyses with Zoom Meeting and MS Team, however, we have to give short intro and compare and given examples for others popular tools such as webinar, Goggle Meet, Skype, Cisco Webex, Slack, Google Hangouts, GoToMeeting, FaceTime, FB Messenger, Adobe connect, Join.Me, Zoho Meeting, TeamViewers, Anydesk etc…Also add their definitions with sources and references. 9.Additionally, you can add any related appendixes, table, structures, design and image as appropriate but need to mention sources and add references. Total page is the document is 22 now.
